If this is an emergency, please refer to your Orientation Checklist, in your Homeowner Manual, for the contact information specific to your issue. For example, if this is regarding a water leak, you will find the plumber’s phone number on the Orientation Checklist. You can also contact our Warranty hotline at 206-413-9121.

Please note that our warranty claim submission process will be changing soon. We're working to make the process easier for our homeowners. For now, please continue to log in to the Warranty Portal as before. But stay tuned for changes!

To Report a Warranty Claim:

Log In to the Warranty Portal Below

Your username and password for the Warranty Portal are located under the Warranty section in your Homeowner Manual.

Once You Are Logged In:

• Select the Warranty tab on the top navigation bar.
• Select New Claim to add your warranty request.
• Provide a detailed description of the warranty request and any photos if necessary.
• Click the Save button at the top of your warranty request.

A Warranty  Service Rep Will Contact You

Expect to hear from one of our representatives shortly to schedule/inspect your claim.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.  Warranty service appointments are typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (excluding holidays).
