To Report a Warranty Claim:

Log In to the Warranty Portal Below

Your username and password for the Warranty Portal are located under the Warranty section in your Homeowner Manual.

Once You Are Logged In:

Select the Warranty tab on the top navigation bar.
Select New Claim to add your warranty request.
Provide a detailed description of the warranty request and any photos if necessary.
Click the Save button at the top of your warranty request.

A Warranty Service Rep Will Contact You

Expect to hear from one of our representatives shortly to schedule/inspect your claim.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.  Warranty service appointments are typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (excluding holidays).
